Agreement

I hereby authorize Intelligent India Enterprises to charge my credit card the initial Rental Fee of $50. I further promise to return all the above DVDs on or before the 30th day after these dvds are delivered to my address failing which Intelligent India Enterprises will charge $25.00 for each 15 days delay or a part thereof. The amount thus charged shall in no case exceed the replacement value of the DVDs or $150 whichever is less.
