RENTAL QUEUE

Although we carry multiple copies of popular DVD titles, there always will be times when all copies of a DVD title that you require have been taken out or booked in advance by some other subscriber.

Soon after you enroll for any of our Takeout Plan, we will create your Private Rental Queue and Account page with address such as http://takeout.intelindia.com/xxxxxxxxxx.htm  (where xxxxxxxxxx will be replaced by the password you will select at the time of enrollment.

This page has a column which allows you to list any number of DVD titles that you wish to "Takeout" in the coming weeks.

Depending on your Takeout Plan, we recommend you to please list at least 5 DVD choices (in order of preference) for Plan 1, so that if first DVD has been rented out the next in queue can be mailed to you. Our suggestion for Plan 2 subscribers to list 10 titles, Plan 3 subscribers to list 15 titles and Plan 4 subscribers to list up to 20 titles.

The purpose of the icon is twofold.  To ad hoc renters it shows that DVD is available immediately.  They can rent it for a week, and click on it to  send the rental fee securely through https://paypal.com who are our authorized online payment processors.

For monthly, annual and lifetime subscribers, this icon is just a guarantee that that particular  DVD title is readily available. You can add it to the top of your queue. It will be mailed to your address within 24 hours.

button on right column shows that all DVD copies of that title have been rented out to other members. The numbers (1, 2 or 3) showing on this queue button will give you a rough idea about how many people ahead of you are waiting for that particular DVD. From this you can estimate how long you would have to wait for a particular DVD.  The more the numbers mean more people ahead of you and thus a potentially longer wait. We say "potentially" because the rental queue is very dynamic and affected by people renting DVD, how long they keep the DVD, subscribers  changing their queue order for what they have in their queue and by the number of copies we have of that particular DVD. The good news is that at this point in time all our DVD are either readily available or in Queue 1 category with a wait of less than a week!

Our recommendation is to put the DVD you want to watch the most on top of your list because we factor in how long each DVD is in your queue and what priority you give it.  Never leave your queue empty. Make sure to list 5-10 DVD so that if one is rented out another can be sent. Sooner or later you will be able to view all the DVD you select to view.
