| How many DVDs can I check out at once? |

That depends on your subscription plan. For example, if you signed up for the Plan 3, you can have in your possession three DVD at a time. When you return three dvd back to us, we will send you the next available three DVD in your queue within 24 hours. If you are on Plan #2, you can have two DVD in your possession at a time. When you return two DVD back to us, we will send you the next two titles listed in your queue.
If you want to rent more than four DVD at the same time you can buy additional subscriptions.

| Who bears the shipping costs? |

We will ship all rental orders at our cost via U.S Post First Class Mail service which typically takes 2 to 4 days. We will also send you a pre-paid return envelope for returning the DVDs. All you have to do is put all the DVD in the pre-paid, pre-addressed mailer in your outgoing mail box. |

No Late Fee

| Will I be charged a late fee if I can't return a DVD in time? |

No. As long as your membership is current we will not charge any "late fee". |

No Due Dates

| Is there a "Due Date" for returning DVD? |

No. You can take as much time as you want to watch a DVD. However, please remember that sooner your return a DVD sooner we will ship the next DVD in your queue. |

| When are new DVDs added? |

We are adding new mythological titles every month so check back often. If there is a mythological title that you want to see available for rent, request it! Mahabharat Takeout is looking into offering other genres of Bollywood DVD for rent in the near future. |

7-day Rental for Non-members

| I don't have a Mahabharat Takeout account ! Can I still rent a DVD? |

Yes! Of course!! You can rent available dvd for 7-days period at $4.95 each. This price includes s&h within USA. The icon  in the right hand column shows the availability of that DVD. No queuing, no waiting. Just click on this icon. Fill in the titles and/or volume number of the DVD you want. It will be mailed to your address within 24 hours. You must return it within 7-days after receipt. It is that simple! We require your credit card authorization only as a safeguard against any eventuality when a rented DVD cannot be returned to us for any reason. You can meet this requirement by sending a small security deposit of $15 per DVD by a personal check or money order. Your deposit will be refunded at your request after you have faithfully returned the last rented DVD.  |

Our new services, Mahabharat & Bollywood Takeout have finally arrived! Beginning January 1, 2007 these services are available to US residents only. Tjese include many features not available on any other rental library. The features that our subscribers will appreciate most are: Advanced Return, Series Lock, Series Watch , and Free LifeTime Membership. Another advantage of subscribing to our Takeout services at this time is that all our DVDs are brand new. Not only this will add to your viewing pleasure but you will have much better chance of getting your first choice movies from us than from any other library.
